6 Year Old Indian boy holds 7 World records to his Name!
Devaagyh Dixit, a six year old kid from Lucknow is not just India's but Asia's only boy to have made seven world records in the art of playing drums. The astonishing part is that he made all these records just in one day.
The records in different categories are as follows:
- Most drum beats in a minute.
- Most drum kicks in a minute.
- Maximum para-diddles in a minute.
- Maximum drum rolls in a minute.
- Most drum beats in a second.
- Fastest 10,000 beats performer.
All this by a six year old sounds fascinating and he is now known as India's youngest drummer who also holds his name in The Golden Book of World Records.
His mother claims that he has performed in more than 160 live events which include both state and national level events and is also the youngest percussionist India ever had.
Devaagyn is not just a talented drummer, he also plays musical instruments such as guitar, synthesiser, tabla, cajon and dambuka. Quite a talented boy for that age we must admit.
His interest in musical instruments, especially drums started from the age of 2. His mother felt that he is God gifted and hence she started coaching him at the age of 2 itself. He is also excited towards social responsibilities by conducting interactive music workshops for unprivileged children.
The best is yet to come from Devaagyh and he is sheer proof that talent has no age and sky is the limit.
