A mushroom is the fruiting body of fungus which grows above the ground on the soil. These are delicious to eat. All the mushrooms are not edible. There are some poisonous ones which prove fatal to humans.
The 3 types of edible mushrooms are
1.Oyster mushrooms
2.Enoki mushrooms
3.Shiitake mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms:
Oyster mushrooms are formally named as Pleurotus ostreatus. These mushrooms have anti-inflammatory properties. These are potential cancer-fighting foods.

Enoki mushrooms:
Enoki mushrooms are formally known as Flammulina velutipes. Enoki mushrooms are rich vitamins, minerals and nutrients. These are prevented from cancers and tumours.

Shiitake mushrooms:
Shiitake mushrooms are formally noun as lentinula edodes.These are rich in essential fatty acids and amino acids. These are used to boost the immune system.
