Uttar Pradesh Police have arrested three men, who allegedly robbed people of their valuables by pressing specific points on victims’ necks and shoulders to make them feel dizzy. Police said their main targets were people walking alone on roads. They were arrested in Ghaziabad on Wednesday after they fired shots at policemen on being stopped at a checkpost.
