Preparation of saravana bhavan hotel style rava kesari
Ingredients needed:
Rava-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Ghee-5 tbs
Water-3 cup
Cashew nut-as required
Raisins-as required
Kesari colour-2 pinch

Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan.Fry cashew and raisins and keep it in aside.In the same ghee roast rava in low flame.Pour 3 cup water in a other pot and bring it to boil.

After 10 minutes the water gets boiled.In a boiling water add 2 pinch of kesari colour.Then pour the roasted rava in a boiling water and keep stirring in a low flame.Make sure there is no lumps.After 2 minutes the rava cooked completely.Then add sugar and keep stirring.

Mix well till the sugar gets dissolved.Turn off the flame.Add roasted cashew and raisins in the kesari and mix well.Finally add 2 tbs melted ghee in a kesari.The kesari will be ready.Scoop the kesari in a bowl and serve hot.
