These metals might be having different names but have similar properties, functions, forms, and flaws that are seen many times in the respective movies.

Wolverine

Adamantium is the man-made metal used in the Weapon X experiments to make the Wolverine unbreakable and more lethal. Similar like Vibranium, the metal Adamantium is hard and indestructible having been tested by Iron Man, Thor and the Hulk's fullest powers.

Black Panther

Vibranium's primary functionality is absorbing the kinetic energy and hence the same is cause of its name. Vibranium has its origins in Marvel as shown in the Black Panther movie by revealing Wakanda as the site where a vibranium meteorite struck the Earth.

Adamantium is explained to be a man-made alloy developed by Dr. Myron MacLain, who made this alloy as the result of a combination of steel, an unknown catalyst and vibranium. So basically Adamantium and Vibranium are linked to each other.
