Make a Simple Tasty Dal Easily
Take normal Tur dal such that the quantity is 50% more than what we take to sambar. Since the Dal has to be thick more quantity is needed.
Wash Dal for 2-3 times & then put cut pieces of green chillies as per your requirement. Cut two tomatoes & add to the earlier mixture.
Add water to the mixture along with pinch of turmeric & put everything in cooker and allow it till 3 whistles. Once this is cool smash everything with spoon till it becomes paste. Add 2-3 garlic cloves by smashing and cook for 10 minutes by adding salt for taste..
In the end add mustard tadka to this. Eat with rice or chapati which will taste heavenly.
