- Water lubricates the joint cartilage found in joints and the disks of the spine, contains around 80% water. Long-term dehydration can reduce the joints ability, leading to joint pain.
- It forms saliva and mucus: saliva helps us digest our food, and keep the mouth, nose and eyes moist. This prevent damage.
- It delivers oxygen in the body:blood is more than 90% water, and blood carries oxygen to different parts of the body.
- Water provides oxygen to the brain, spinal cord and other sensitive tissues: dehydration can affect brain structure and function. It is also involved in the production of hormones, prolonged dehydration can lead to problems with thinking and reasoning.
- It regulates the body temperature: water that is stored in the middle layer of the skin comes to the skin surface as when the body heats up. As it evaporates, it cools the body.
- Dehydration can lead to digestive problems, constipation, and an overly acidic stomach. This increased the excessively and stomach ulcers risk of heartburn.
- It flushes body waste:what is needed in the process of sweating and removal of urine and feces.

Dehydration happens if we lose more water, then the body takes in. It Can lead to an imbalance in the body electrolytes such as potassium, phosphate, sodium. Electrolytes carry signal between cells. The kidneys keep the levels of electrolytes in the body stable when they function properly.
Therefore, we should drink water more to keep ourselves disease free, active and cure. If we care our health, then we can achieve anything. Staying cure and fit is our first priority. Stay fit, stay healthy!
