Preparation of very simple mug coffee cake
Ingredients needed:
Wheat flour-2 tbsp
Instant coffee powder-1/2 tsp
Gingelly oil-1 tbsp
Curd-1 tbsp
Sugar-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Baking soda-1 pinch

Method:
- Take 2 tbsp wheat flour in a mug.
- We can use maida instead of wheat flour.
- Powder the sugar and keep it in aside.
- Add instant coffee powder.
- Add powdered sugar.
- We can also use palm sugar instead of white sugar.

- Add gingelly oil.
- We can also use ghee instead of gingelly oil.
- Add lemon juice and baking soda.
- Add curd and mix well.

- Add 1 cup water in kadai.
- Place the stand in a kadai.
- Now place the mug on the stand and close the lid.
- After 15 minutes open the lid.
- To check whether it is cooked or not insert toothpick in a cake it comes out clean.
- Now coffee mug cake is ready.
- Garnish with choco chips.
