400 grams of pasta.
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil.
2 teaspoon parmesan cheese.
1 bunch coriander leaves.
Ground black pepper (as per need).
500g Cherry Tomato.
15 buds of garlic.
8 basil leaves.
Salt and water (as required).
Procedure
Step 1
For this recipe, first take a deep bottom pan and keep the water boiling. Now add pasta to this water to boil. Keep in mind that it does not cook much. Now remove the excess water and keep the pasta aside.
Step 2
Toss the cherry tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel and grind the garlic and make the Parmesan cheese great. Keep all these things in different words.

Now place a pan on medium heat and heat some oil in it. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.

When tomatoes are cooked, add ground garlic, salt and pepper and mix. Add chopped coriander and mix. Cook this mixture for 10 minutes. If it becomes too thick then add some more water.

Now add boiled pasta to this mixture and mix everything well. Turn off the gas and add the pasta to the serving plate. Garnish with basil leaves and cheese and serve.
