On the third day of the winter session of Parliament, Home Minister Amit Shah has made a big announcement in the Rajya Sabha. Amit Shah has announced to implement the National Register of Citizens (NRC) across the country soon.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also made it clear in the Rajya Sabha that no discrimination will be done on the basis of religion in the NCR process.
During this, Amit Shah assured the countrymen that there is no need to be afraid of this process. He told that there is a system to integrate all people inside the National Civil Register.
During this, he said that the Modi government believes that refugees of all religions from outside should be given citizenship. On this occasion, he also discussed the Citizenship Amendment Bill. He said that this bill will be brought back, it has nothing to do with the National Register of Citizens.
