Miss Universe contestants slip on wet floor while walking the ramp in bikinis

During the swimsuit section of Miss Universe 2019 preliminaries, a wet stage floor caused several contestants to slip and fall on the ramp wearing bikinis. Miss France Maëva Coucke took to Instagram to share a video of the incident, writing, “The lesson I draw from it is that falling and standing up is the very essence of a woman’s life.”
