Never Drink Water Immediately After Eating Food, It can be Dangerous

Drinking water after eating food kills our energy which works to digest our food. In such a situation, if you drink water immediately after eating, then all your energy is lost and the food is not digested.
Due to not digesting food, it starts rotting in the stomach and it starts producing gas, acid. Which is enough to spoil your health. According to Ayurveda, water should be drunk only after one to two hours of eating food. Similarly, water should be drunk about half an hour before eating food. Eating immediately after drinking water is also not right.
