Mughlai Egg paratha is a yummy dish which can be used as a breakfast or a hunger buster in case of emergency. In this post you'll be able to learn how to make delicious Mughlai egg paratha.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup plain flour.
2. 2 table spoon oil.
3. Half tea spoon salt.
4. 3 eggs.
5. 1 chopped onion.
6. coriander leaves.
7. Chilli flakes 1/4 tea spoon.
8. 1/3 tea spoon salt.
9. 1/2 tea spoon chat masala.
10. 1/4 tea spoon garam masala.
How to cook:

Take one cup plain flour (maida) or you can use wheat flour if you don't have plain flour. Add 2 table spoon oil, half teaspoon salt and one cup water to the flour to make its dough.

After the dough is ready keep it for 10 minutes. Take three eggs in the bowl and add onion, coriander leaves, salt, chilli flakes, chat masala and garam masala as per the above mentioned quantity. Mix them like we do while making omelette.

After 10 minutes take the dough and make very thin paratha out of it. Pour the omelette mixture on it and fold it from 4 side to make a square. Put some oil in the Pan for frying the paratha.

Keep the stove on medium flame in order to cook the egg which is inside the paratha otherwise it will not be cooked properly. Take it out after it turns into golden color.
