Let's make a yummy mouth watering mango chutney. It goes very well with hot cooked rice.

To make mango chutney the ingredients are:
- Half a coconut grated
- spoon of salt
- Some curry leaves 2 - 3 Chilli according to taste
- 2-3 shallots or one small onion.

Let's now, blend all these ingredients except coconut after bending the ingredients then add grated coconut and blend it.

Mango Chutney is ready to eat with well boiled rice or kanji. It is a better option if we are in hurry, no time to cut out vegetables and make curry or sabji.
