Mother Teresa's real name was Anjeze gonxhe Bojaxhiu. She was born on 26 August 1910. Her father's name was Nikola Bojaxhiu and her mother's name was Drana Bojaxhiu.
Mother teresa came to Darjeeling of India in 1929. Then she was sent to Kolkata as a teacher. Meanwhile, due to the drought a large number of deaths were happening in the Kolkata, seeing that Mother teresa pledged to serve the poor, helpless, sick and needy.

The missionary of charity was founded by Mother teresa in 1950. Apart from this, she also opened hermitage in the name of 'Nirmal hriday ' and 'Nirmal shishu bhawan '.
Mother Teresa died on 5th September 1997 due to kidney and heart problems. Mother teresa devoted her entire life to serving and helping others. She has made many important contributions to the Indian society.
