Weight loss by drinking two liters of water


We all know our body weight is 60% of water, and we are loosing water by sweating and urine. We must drink water according to our thirst. We hears from here and there about about loosing weight by drinking water in high quantity. So here we will discuss is it truth or a myth.

There are many claims that tells about, how by drinking water you can reduce your body weight and the reason is increased metabolism and reduce of hunger. According to two studies by drinking half liter water around 25% metabolism can be increased, and around 90 - 100 calories can be burn by drinking two liter water, this was estimated by researchers.

If the drinking water is cold it is more beneficial because to lower the temperature of water to body level, our body needs to burn calories.

In the other study they found that persons, who drunk half liter water before their every meals reduced around 45% more body weight in comparison of them who did not drunk water. 
So drinking adequate water with a good diet can reduce significant body weight
