Missing the crunch of cereal in the morning? This recipe saves the day in a simple way and it is as easy as mixing all the ingredients together and popping it in your air fryer! Once the granola is done, you can enjoy it in a bowl of unsweetened nut milk or on top of a low-crab, full-fat yogurt!

Serves
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almond slivers
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup golden flax seed
  • 1/4 cup low-crab, sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granular
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions for Cooking:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Place the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish. Place dish into the air fryer basket.
  3. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely before serving.
