 Four boiled potatoes
 Green Chili Char
 Ginger one inch

 Start like this
 To prepare a crisp sago snack, you first have to take a cup of Sabu Dana. After this, you have to wash it in clean water four to five times. After it is washed in clean water, keep it aside in a bowl. Now you add water to it. Keep in mind that you only need to add as much water in which it sinks.

 After adding water, keep it aside for two to three hours. Till then you should prepare ahead. You fry the raw peanuts in a pan. After roasting the peanuts, peel them off and grind them coarsely.
 Prepare spices
 After this, take it out in a separate pot, now you can mash four boiled potatoes in a separate pot and turn it into four finely chopped green chilies, ginger one inch, sesame one teaspoon, sugar one teaspoon, rock Mix one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of coriander and lemon juice. Along with this, add soaked sago to it.

 Now mix all of them together and make a paste. After making the paste, make it a crispy sago snack in your desired shape. After this you start baking it in hot oil. You have to cook it in medium hot oil on medium gas only. When it is light brown in color, take it out of the pan and eat it with favorite chutney.
