The Reconstruction Plan is being finalized to put Yes Bank out of crisis. Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikant Das says that Yes Bank will not be merged with the State Bank of India (SBI).
In a conversation with a news channel today, Shaktikanta Das said that a Scheme of Reconstruction for Yes Bank could be announced next week. Shaktikanta Das said that there is no probability of merger of Yes Bank with SBI, this is above imagination. They said that Yes Bank would be helped to get capital to operate.
They said that Yes Bank will be assisted by SBI. Apart from this, many other investors may also come forward. It is noteworthy that the board of Yes Bank has been dissolved by the RBI and Prashant Kumar, a former SBI officer, has been appointed as the Administrator of the Yes Bank.
