Ingredients:-
- Jackfruit. 300 gram
- Potato (Boiled in medium size). 4
- Bread crumbs. 1 cup
- Corn flour. 4 spoon
- Onion (Chopped). 2
- Ginger ( Finely chopped). 1 inch
- Garlic ( Finely chopped). 8-10
- Refined oil. as per need
- Coriander leaves (Finely chopped). small bunch

Recipe:-
First , boil the jackfruit & peel it & mash it. Combine all the above mentioned ingredients together & mash them well. In a pan , heat refined oil on medium flame. Put the mixture of jackfruit in hot oil as desired & fry until it becomes golden on a low flame. Serve prepared jackfruit cutlet with warm hot green sauce.
