Andhra, Karnataka & Tamilnadu govts have announced so many free schemes for the poor. This includes subsidised rice for ₹2. This has become an advantage for lower income category people to not work all the days.
Specially in villages where the farming workers get around ₹ 300 -500 for 1 day. They work for 1 day & send the next 3 days without working as they are getting so many essential things at such a less rate. This is making them lazy.
They are even getting some pension schemes or free money if they are unemployed. If anyone gets everything for free then why will they work.
Govt may have done these schemes to get votes or may be to help needy people but definitely these schemes are misused in many ways.
People buy subsidised rice for ₹2 & sell that rice for ₹ 25-30.
Pension schemes are done for old people but young people are creating fake documents that they are old enough to get pension from govt.
Hence the purpose to help the needy has become a utter failure. These are making people unloyal & lazy.
Let govts make schemes to get jobs for everyone so that they can work & afford to buy the rice at normal rice.
