If users do not want to use this feature if sending from WhatsApp has any effect on the quality of your media files, then a simple trick can be taken.

- The first way to send photos and videos in high resolution is to send them as a document.
- First open WhatsApp and open the chat window of the contact you want to send a photo or video to.
- Tap on the attachment button such as the paper clip shown in the chat box.
- After this the user has to choose the option of 'Document' instead of Gallery.
- Select the photos and videos you want to send from the list of documents.
After this, send and the photo-videos will look like documents, which can be opened only after downloading.

If you want to send many photos and videos together in full resolution, then there is another way. You can also create a zip file and send it to WhatsApp. For this follow these steps.
- First of all go to the file explore / file manager app of the smartphone and select the photo or video.
- Now tap on the Options menu and tap on 'Archive' to create a zip file.
- After the file is created, open WhatsApp and open the chatbox.
Select the Document option by clicking on the attachment icon as in the previous method.
- Select the zip file from the list and send it.
