The best time to have it at night before sleep (One hour before sleep at night).If you any issues with milk replace it water.

Purifies the blood and fight intruders because it is full of antioxidants. Just mix one spoon of giloy powder in lukewarm water and have it empty stomach in the early morning. 
MINT DRINK

Now add 10-12 mint leaves. Let it further boil for 2-5 mins. Pour the mixture in a glass. Let it cool a bit. TURMERIC

Turmeric gives an instant boost to the immune system. Most common spice in Indian cooking. Simply add half a teaspoon of turmeric in hot milk and have it one hour before going to sleep at night.
AMLA

Vitamin-C makes antibodies that fight infections. Amla or Indian gooseberry is very high in Vitamin-C. One amla = 20 oranges. You can consume amla raw, juice, pickle etc.
