Pakistan’s ICJ lawyer Khawar Qureshi has admitted that the country doesn’t have significant evidence to back its claims of genocide in Kashmir. “In absence of evidence, it is extremely difficult for Pakistan to take this case to the ICJ,” said Qureshi. Pakistan had threatened to approach the ICJ over the Kashmir issue with an aim to internationalise the matter.
