We all fell in love and sometimes it doesn't end well. There are few people who get indulged in nasty fights and further leads to break up with your partner. Their are few things which we should not do after we broke up with someone.

These includes - 1) Stop taking anything to the extreme level. Some people get so upset that they indulge themselves in alcohol and cigarette. This is totally wrong. Always try to accept what life makes us to accept. If you go with this then you will be in happy space even after break up. 2) Don't beg anyone to stay with you. It's hard to break up with someone but if your partner doesn't want to stay with you then allow him to leave. Don't keep on pleading him to stay with you. This is not good for your self respect. 3) Few people compromise with their self respect and they keep on asking their partner to not to break up with them.We should never compromise with our self.Self respect is the most important thing in life.We should be more responsible to ourselves.We should respect ourselves first.

4) Stop sleeping in excess. When people go through break up they stop sleeping or else they start sleeping all the time. Our body needs proper sleep so that our mind can work efficiently. If we sleep in excess or if we don't sleep then it will worsen our condition. Always remember we should always give ourself the first priority and then to others and so it'd our duty to not give any type of pain to our health body and mind.

5) Stop calling and texting your ex. Stop it right after the break. Block their number. Turn off your phone. Disconnect from internet. Take some time and preoccupy yourself in some work . but don't touch the phone and look for her number. By calling and texting you can make the things worse. So avoid calling and texting. You will need to go through a period of detox and so you shouldn't make any contact with your ex. 6) People stop caring for themselves.They stop eating food on time,they stop meeting with people and they start staying away from friends and family members.They lock themselves in rooms as they want to stay alone and they keep on remembering the times when they shared a great bond .

This is also wrong.It will not help you to heal.By doing so you are wasting your time and you are affecting your health.It can further lead to health issue.Its better to move on. These are some of the mistakes which we do after break up and we should avoid it if we want to be happy in life. Never forget that our lives are not restricted to us only. Our life belongs to our parents also. Our parents love us more than anyone else in this world. When we are happy our parents our happy and when we are sad and depressed our parents also gets upset. Always thing for your parents and avoid these mistakes when you go through break up. Break up is hard and it's difficult to move on but if it's not working in the way it need to be then always remember to move on.
