How to make a chocolate biscuit cake without baking


With the word Cake, the word Oven pops up in our head immediately. There can be no cake without baking, right? Wrong ! There are so e cakes which do not need any cooking all you need is a refrigerator for the cake to be ready. This cake is the perfect desert if you have a birthday coming and you want to surprise your love with a tasty cake. All you need to make this cake are some biscuits, butter, chocolate, heavy cream and of course a refrigerator.

The biscuits which you are using can be of your choice, the flavour of the cake will depend on the type of biscuit you choose. You can choose from glucose biscuits, marie biscuits, multigrain biscuits or digestive biscuits. After selecting the biscuit of your choice just crumble the biscuits in small pieces with your hand, rolling pin or knife. Don't run the biscuits in a mixer because we do not want fine powder of biscuits, we want the biscuits to be broken down in smaller chunks to get that crunchy bite. Melt some butter in a pan and add chocolate to it. Add this mixture to the biscuits and combine well. Keep in the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes.

Now for the topping, melt some chocolate and add heavy cream to it . Whisk till you get a silky smooth texture. Take the biscuits coated with chocolate out from the refrigerator and just pour the melted chocolate on top of it. Keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hour for setting. After 2 hours take the fakte out the cake, garnish it with some pistachio and almond and serve chilled to your loved ones. You can get as creative as you want for garnishing the cane, you can use sprinkles, chocolate shavings, chocolate balls or you serve the cake plain without garnishing. Enjoy this easy and tasty desert with your lived ones.
