For making this simple dish all you need are three ingredients. Yes you read that right only 3 ingredients. The three ingredients are sugar, coffee powder and boiling water. The ratio you have to maintain to make this Dalgona coffee is 1:1:1, it means equal proportion of all the three ingredients. If you are taking 2 teaspoons of coffee then you have to take the same amount of sugar and boiling water too. Remember to take at least 2 teaspoons of all the Ingredients otherwise you will not have enough batter to make the coffee foam. After measuring the ingredients all you have to do is just beat them together with a whisk, hand blender or a spoon.

After a lot of whisking you will see that the batter is changing its texture and becoming fluffy and smooth. The batter should be very light so that it stays on top of milk. You should not whisk it too much else stiff peaks will be formed instead of the soft fluff that we need. Once you have the feathery light coffee fluff. Just take milk add 2-3 cubes of ice and gently place the Dalgona coffee on it. And, there you have your finished Dalgona coffee. You can sprinkle some powdered coffee on top of it for garnishing and taste.
