Ingredients:For soya chaap packet.
Wheat flour 1cup 150grms.
Refined flour 1cup 150grms.
Soya chaap -2.
Capsicum finely chopped -1.
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 to 3tbsp.
Tomato finely chopped -1.
Ghee 1 tbsp.
Pizza sauce 1tbsp.
Ginger boton grated 1inch.
Green chilli finely chopped -2.
Coriander powder -1/2tsp.
Red chilli powder -1/2tsp.
Carom seeds - 1/4tsp.
Turmeric powder -1/4tsp.
Salt 1tsp.
Method:1.Take a cup of wheat flour in a bowl,Add a cup of refined flour,A teaspoon of clarified butter to it.
2.Add a 1/4tsp of crushed carom seeds,A 1/2tsp of sat and mix it well.
3.Add a 1/4cup water in the intervals to knead the stiffer dough.
4.After kneading the dough, Cover and keep it aside to set for 20 to 25minutes.
5.Take 2 finely soya chaap, Remove them from their stick and finely chop them.
6.Preheat a pan,Melt a tsp of clarified butter in it.
7.Add the chopped chaap to it and roast while continuously stirring it on medium to high flame.
8.Add a finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped tomato and roast them while stirring them.
9.Add a 1/4tsp of turmeric powder,A 1/2tsp of coriander powder,2 finely chopped green chilli,An inch of grated ginger baton,A 1/2 tsp of degi mirch powder,A tablespoon of pizza sauce to it.
10.Add a 1/2tsp of salt and roast the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes.
11.Add 2tbsp of water to it and cook it for 2 minutes.
12.Cover and cook it for 2minutes on low flame.
13.After 2 minutes, Add some finely chopped green coriander to it and mix well.
14.After cooking it,Pour it in a separate plate and cool it.
15.After setting the dough,Mash it softly for a while.
16.Divide dough into the dough lumps and roll them in to the round shaped balls.
17.Press the lumps to give them the shape of a peda.
18.Coat it with the dry flour and flatten it thinly into the diameter of 10 to 12 minutes.
19.After flatting it, Spread some clarified butter over it.
20.Place some stuffing on it and spread it into a shape of a square.
21.Take a tsp of wheat flour in a mini bowl,Add some water to it and stir it fora smooth butter.
22.Fold the chapati from one side and spread some flour butter to it.
23.Fold in from other side and stick to it.
24.Preheat a griddle and spread some clarified butter over it.
25. Turn the flame to low and place a packet over it for cooking.
26.Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes, Spread some clarified butter over it.
27.Cook from both sides until brown spots appear over them.
28.After a while,Hold it vertically and cook it's corners.
29.After cooking 4 of its corners, The soya chaap packet is ready to be served.
