Moringa leaves are rich in calcium. It's desirable to include moringa leaves curry in our diet at least once in a week.
Ingredients :
Moringa leaves: 3 cup
Cloves 6
Red chilli 6
Cumin 1/2 teaspoon
Dry copra chopped 1 tablespoon
Salt
Oil 2 tablespoon
Popu 3 teaspoon
Curry leaves 10
Moong dal 1/4 cup
Groundnut:1/4 cup
Chopped onions 1/4 cup
Green chilli 2
Preparation :
Cook the moringa leaves for 10 minutes in a glass of water, keep it aside.
Then take a pan, add moong dal, ground nut, red chilli, cumin fry them for 3 minutes.
Then transfer them into mixer jar, add dry copra, cloves, then blend them for 3 minutes.
Take a pan, add oil heat it for 3 minutes.
Then add chopped onions, green chilli pieces, popu, curry leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
Then transfer the ingredients of mixture jar into pan,
add sufficient salt , and cook for 5 minutes
Now add the cooked moringa leaves to the pan and cook for 5 minutes and mix them well
Now the moringa leaves curry is ready
