In the last few years, scientists from all over the world have increased their capabilities of space research. Now they have started getting its results too. American Space Agency NASA has recently discovered an exoplanet that has the same shape and position as the Earth.
Life Is Not Easy
It is usually very difficult to find a life-supporting situation like Earth on other planets. If seen from an astronomical point of view, it is very difficult to have other conditions that support life on any planet besides being a rocky planet of the Earth.
What Did NASA Say About This Discovery
NASA has announced this on its official Twitter account. In its tweet, NASA has said that we have got a different world. An exoplanet of the size of the Earth, which is located in the life-span zone of its Sun. The area where the planet is stony and with it there may also be liquid water.

NASA has named this new planet Kepler-1649c. NASA has discovered this planet while observing old data of its Kepler planet. This planet is located 300 light years away from Earth. It is only 1.06 times larger than the Earth. Its approximate temperature is the same as that of the Earth and so and it takes 75 percent of its energy from its Sun as our planet does.

According to NASA, this planet orbits a small red star and this is the reason that the chances of life of this planet in the environment are challenging. But statistics are not available in this regard. Red Dwarf stars are very common in the Galaxy.

It is very difficult to get more information about this planet because it was very small. This is the third such planet found where life could have been expected. Earlier, NASA has also discovered two more Earth-sized planets like Teegarden C and Trappist 1F. At present, favorable conditions of life like the Earth are not on any other planet. Not only the outer planets, scientists are exploring the possibilities of life on Mars and even Venus and Mercury. Now researches even say that there must have been a reservoir of water on Mars and there is every possibility that some form of life must have been on this red planet, if not now.
