What material do you need
Figs - 50 grams
Dates - 50 grams
Almonds - 50 grams
Raisins - 50 grams
Jaggery - 100 grams
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Method
First, cut almonds, figs and dates into small pieces.
Now, in a medium heat, melt in a pan and keep it for heating.
When ghee starts to melt after heating, add almonds, dates, raisins, figs and jaggery and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
When the jaggery melts well and becomes like jelly, turn off the heat.
- Make small laddus from this mixture. 
- Eat a laddu after eating every day. By consuming these laddus for one month, you will gain in weight gain.
You can also make laddus by adding more quantity of ingredients according to your liking.
Increase weight by eating ashwagandha and asparagus powder
- Mix 100-100 grams ashwagandha and asparagus powder. 
- By consuming a glass of milk and 10 grams of powder daily, weight increases rapidly.
