Pinwheel samosas are great party snacks which is made with samosa crust and aloo stuffing.
This is an interesting twist Indian street food samosa.
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Fennel Seeds
- Green Chillies
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
- 350 gm boiled potato
- Salt
- Amchur Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Refined flour
- Carom Seeds
- Water
- Black Pepper
Making Process:
- In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1 inch ginger, 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1/4 tbsp fennel seeds, 3 green chillies, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 350 gm boiled potato, 1/4 tbsp salt and 1/4 tbsp aamchur powder.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then add coriander leaves on it.
- Combined 1 cup of refined flour, 1/4 tbsp carom seeds, 3 tbsp oil, 1/4 tbsp salt and half cup of water. Make a dough and rest for 30 minutes.
- Make equal parts of dough and roll each part properly. Take one portion of filling and spread it on rolled portion.
- Roll it properly. Then cut it into small pieces.
- In another bowl take 1/4 cup of refined flour, 1/2 cup pf water and 1/4 tbsp of black pepper.
- Mix it well and dip each small pieces of samosa into it.
- At last fry it into oil.
Now the samosa is ready. Serve and enjoy with chutney.
