Which Is Better Raw Egg Or Boiled Egg ?

As we all know Eggs are the most richest source of protein. And protein is the most important nutrition for more muscles and healthy body. Eggs contains lot of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrate, viramin A, vitamin D, potassium, sodium, fat and cholesterol. We all think cholesterol is bad thing for our health but we are wrong because there are 2 types of cholesterol exist, Good cholesterol and Bad cholesterol. And eggs contain good cholesterol in major amount.

Now the question is which is better raw egg or boiled egg.
First I will talk about Raw eggs.
1 egg contain 5-6 gm protein and in raw egg only 3 gm protein is digestable which means you will gain only 50% protein from whole raw egg. We think liquid digest fast as compared to solid and many of us eat raw eggs. Raw egg is bad in taste and it has ugly smell.

But when we talk about Boiled egg. boiled also contains 5-6 gm protein but it's 90% protein is digestable which means boiled eggs has more benefits then raw eggs. And boiled egg has amazing taste and good smell.
So I suggest you to eat boiled eggs for more proper protein intake.
