Sara Ali Khan's weight loss journey
Actress Sara Ali Khan so far has only 2 films in Bollywood - Kedarnath and Simmba. But due to her excellent acting as well as fashion and style, Sara's fan following is growing rapidly. Sara is one of the fittest actresses in the new generations of Bollywood. But there was a time when she was 96 kg while studying at Columbia University and it was not possible for her to lose weight because she had PCOD.

Cardio and heavy workouts included
Sara changed her lifestyle significantly to come from 96 kg to 55 kg. In her diet, she replaced pizza with a salad with and abandoned laziness and befriended workouts. Sara said that since she was overweight, she started workouts with cardio and heavy workouts such as walking, cycling and treadmill. In addition, all of them do regular exercises out of 7 days a week, including Pilates, Boxing and Cardio.
Keto diet did not benefit Sara

Sara says that she also tried Keto Diet but it did not help her, so she stopped following. After this Sara started following a diet in which she had to eat the same thing 3 times a day and that is chicken and eggs. Sara lost a lot of weight by following this diet.
Homemade food is the secret to healthy living

Sara loves homemade food and it is also a secret to stay healthy. Sara likes to eat such things as bread, lentils, less fried vegetables, idli, egg white. Apart from this, Sara wakes up in the morning and before workout haves a glass of warm water. After workouts, Sara likes to eat and drink things like muesli, fruits, oats, tofu and protein shake to help burn calories.
