Let us have a look at the most iconic villains of B-Town :
1 . Rana Daggubati aka Bhallaladeva
The movie 'Baahubali' part 1 and 2 broke all the records in Indian cinema. Rana Daggubati played the anti-hero 'Bhallaladeva' and he was loved for his outstanding performance and gained huge fan following. Though Rana appears aggressive and hard on screen but in reality he is a soft-hearted person.

2 . Ashutosh Rana aka Lajja Shankar
Even in a flop movie like 'Sangharsh', Ashutosh Rana, managed to do a splendid job. His scary makeovers and outstanding performance overshadowed Akshay Kumar's heroic role. In this movie, Ashutosh played the role of a pshyco killer 'Lajja Shankar Pandey' and even today this movie is remembered for his villainous role rather than the story or the hero.

3 . Amrish Puri aka Mogambo
The name is just so catchy. One of the finest and most memorable role played by Amrish Puri is that of Mogambo in the movie Mr. India. In this film, Mogambo wants to conquer and rule India with a magical bracelet. He plays all tricks to steal the magical bracelet from Anil Kapoor. Though Mogambo couldn't win, but he surely won our hearts. Remember the dialogue 'Mogambo Khush hua'.

4 . Hamid Ali Khan aka Lion
Born as Hamid Ali Khan, but later he changed his screen name to Ajit. He was one of the most popular choice for the role of villain. Ajit used to deliver the simplest of dialogues in an awesome way. His dialogues 'Lilly, don't be silly'(Zanjeer) and 'Sara seher hume lion ke naam se janata hai'(Kaalicharan), became super famous. And his one-liners 'Mona Darling' or Robert(Raabert) created a huge buzz and audience started appreciating the Villains more than the lead hero's.

5 . Ranveer Singh aka Alauddin Khilji
Ranveer totally killed it as Alauddin Khilji in the movie 'Padmavat'. He focused on his character for more than a year and did a splendid job. Ranveer played the negative role of Alauddin Khilji, who does not believe in mercy or principles. This Actor completely submerged into the character of Khilji who brings havoc in the lives of Padmavati(Deepika Padukone) and Raja Maharawal Ratan Singh(Shahid Kapoor). Ranveer got lost in his character so much that in real life too he was about to physically assault someone. But nevertheless, we all loved him playing this negative role.

6 . Anupam Kher aka Dr. Dang
The movie in which Anupam Kher played the unforgettable role of Dr. Dang was 'Karma', which was released way back in 1986, but even today people remember and appreciate his villainous role. At that time, Anupam did get much work and once in a party, Subhash Ghai, saw him and felt that his walk and body language are just perfect for the role of main villain in his next movie and this is how Anupam Kher ended up playing the iconic Dr. Dang in 'Karma'.

7 . Kulbhushan Kharbanda aka Shakaal
Not only was he dangerous, but Shakaal was one of the most hi-tech villains of the 90's. Kulbhushan Kharbanda had a decent image of playing quality roles in movies, but it came as a shock for many, when he decided to play a villainous role, and you would agree to me that he didn't disappoint us. One would never forget his iconic dialogues and the way he rubbed his fingers on his bald and shiny scalp.

8 . Amjad Khan aka Gabbar
Anything more iconic than this? I guess, no. Amjad Khan totally nailed it in this villainous avatar, which overshadowed the likes of Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra in the movie. His dialogue 'Kitne Aadmi Te' still echoes in our minds and 'Dur gaon me jab koi bacha nai sota toh uski ma kehti he so jao, nai toh Gabbar aa jayega', this was the powerful impact that Amjad created on screen playing this iconic role.

9 . Shakti Kapoor aka Crime Master Gogo
Though the name 'Crime Master Gogo' sounds funny but yet memorable one. This name was based on one of Shakti Kapoor's friend who was called the same. This iconic role was first offered to Tinu Anand, but due to his busy schedule, Shakti Kapoor bagged this one. His best dialogues were 'Aaya hoon kuch toh leke jaunga. Khandani choor hoon' and the best one 'Aankhein nikal ke gotiyaan khelunga'.
