Dog cruelty in Kerala after Hathini, tape was tied on the mouth for two weeks

Another creeping case of cruelty against animals has come to light. The incident is from Kerala, where someone tied a tape to the dog's mouth. Volunteers from the People for Animal Welfare Services rescued a dog from Ollur in Thrissur district, whose mouth had been sealed with insulation tape for the past two weeks. The dog has now been moved to an animal shelter home. Recently, a case of cruelty with a pregnant elephant was also reported from Kerala, where some people had hidden explosives in pineapples. Because of this, the elephant and her unborn child were killed.
A few days after the death of a pregnant Hathini died in Malappuram, Kerala. It is also under investigation. The attack on Hathini in Kerala was condemned by the entire country. There was also a lot of politics on this issue. An accused has also been arrested in this case. The state government says that such cruelty to animals is inhuman, the accused will be punished severely. However, its cruelty to animals is not taking its name.
It is being told that two weeks ago the Thrissur unit of People for Animal Welfare Services was informed by phone about the wound around a dog's mouth. After getting the information of the dog, people of the institution searched for a long time. When the dog was found, everyone was surprised to see his condition. The dog was injured due to mouth tape. When the dog was watered after the tape was removed from the mouth, he drank two liters of water. It was estimated that he was thirsty for a long time. If a few days passed, he would die of hunger and thirst.
According to the people of the institution, due to tying tape, the wounds became so deep that the nasal bones were visible. The dog is about three years old and has been hospitalized for treatment. The dog's condition is currently stable and undergoing treatment. I have not eaten anything for many days, so it has become weak.
