I remember that before I just did it stupidly through force, I didn’t even understand why I was doing it, maybe there was some kind of internal understanding that I was not aware of.
Now I have come to the conclusion that it is simply necessary, for my life of stupid overcomes, no one explained to me what it is for. I remember very well that after every rather difficult training I felt very good.
And yes, the most interesting thing is that these overcome leave a small imprint that makes your personality stronger. In principle, like everything in your life leaves an imprint on you, just try to make your imprints be YOUR, not your laziness, fear, etc.
Caitlin Rice, an athlete who was born in 1991, she was actively engaged in modelling activities from the age of 16, judging by her figure Caitlin is now a little inclined to be overweight, and it’s very difficult in such models, she ate very little and didn’t like this lifestyle, she soon left the modelling world.
After that, Caitlin caught a hard pullback, so to speak, the shackles were lifted and she went dancing, beer, burgers, fatty foods and, most importantly, the lack of sport. Looking at herself, Caitlin realized that this could no longer continue, she pulled herself together and ended up in the gym.

She also plunged into theory, learned a lot and chose exercises and equipment that are suitable only for her, but she doesn’t forget about nutrition, now she has only high-quality and healthy products in her diet, although she rarely allows herself anything harmful and sweet, over time she wants it less and less.
