 Paneer - 250 grams
 Great Cottage Cheese - ½ cup
 Tomatoes - 4
 Capsicum - 1
 Ginger - 1 inch
 Cashew - 3 tbsp
 Green Chili - 4
 Dry red chili - 1
 Cinnamon slice - 1 inch
 Curry leaves - 4 small pieces
 Clove - 4
 Green cardamom - 3
 Black pepper - 7
 Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
 Asafoetida - ½ pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
 Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
 Red chili powder - ½ tbsp
 Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
 Coriander - 3 tbsp
 Piece of coal - 1
 Butter - 1 tbsp
 Oil-wise
 Salt-flavored
2. Method :
Step -1. To make Paneer Angara, one must prepare the masala first. To prepare the masala, take tomatoes, ginger pieces, green chillies and dry red chillies and cut all these things roughly.
Step -2. Now put a pan on medium flame on the gas and allow the oil to heat up in it. When the oil is hot, add curry leaves, small green cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and red chilli and fry. When the masala is lightly fried, add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger pieces to it. Add cashews along and cover it and let it cook.
Step -3. Now put a pan on low flame on the gas and let it heat up. When the pan is hot, add oil in it and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add tomato paste, cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and kasoori methi and fry till the spices leave the oil. Now add chopped capsicum and fry it with spices.
Step -4. Once the masala is fried, add a cup of water, salt and a little bit of green coriander to it and mix well. Now add chopped paneer and grated paneer to it and mix. Now cover it and let it cook on low heat for five to seven minutes.
Step -5. Then place a piece of coal on the gas and put a little ghee on it and put it to flame. After the vegetable is cooked, place a bowl in the center and put the smoked coal in it, add pinch asafoetida and a little ghee over the coal and keep it covered for ten minutes.
Step -6. After ten minutes, remove the coal bowl from the vegetable and add butter, green coriander and mix it well. Your delicious Paneer Angara is ready. You can serve it with roti, paratha or naan.
