Varieties of Powder : Vadai Powder, Payasa powder and Bajji Powder

Vadai powder
Ingredients: Peeled legumes - 250 g, Pepper – 20, Dried chillies – three, Eggplant - a little, Salt - the required amount.
Instructions: Put the lentils, pepper and dried chillies in the machine and grind finely (you can also grind in a mixer). Then add salt and eggplant and mix well.
Notes: When needed, mix water with flour and knead. Add the kale, chopped lettuce and onion to taste, mash into small pieces and fry in oil.
Payasa powder
Ingredients: Pistachio lentils – 10, Cashews, almonds - 100 g each, Cardamom - a little, Sugar, milk - the required amount.

Instructions: Heat the pistachio lentils, cashew nuts and almonds lightly and grind in a mixer. Distillation of milk add a little bit of this powder, cardamom powder, sugar and bring to a boil. Bananas, if you add chopped walnut powder, may taste better.
Bajji powder
Ingredients: Peanuts - 100 g, Rice - 200 g, Dried chillies – 6 Corn flour - 2 tbsp, Eggplant - a little
Instructions: Put the peanuts, rice and dried chillies in the machine and grind nicely (you can also grind in a mixer). Add corn flour and eggplant powder and mix well.
Notes: When required, salt and water can be mixed with this flour and dissolved in the batter to make the batter.

Adai podi
Ingredients: Idli rice - 250 g, Peanuts, legumes - one cup per person, Dried chillies - 6.
Instructions: Combine idli rice, chickpeas, lentils and dried chillies and grind to a semolina paste.
Notes: When required, dissolve water and salt in the flour and chop the onion.
Sadha podi
Ingredients: 100g of lentils, Curvature 10, Pulses 50g, 2 tbsp of cumin, Pepper 1/2 tsp, Asparagus 1/2 tsp, A little bit of caraway, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions: In a frying pan, fry all the necessary ingredients one by one. Then add salt and grind all the fried ingredients. Prepare the powder
Notes: Add ghee and powder to hot sauce and it will be delicious.
