Ingredients for herbal tea:
  1. 1 small spoon of cinnamon stick
  2. 3-5 cloves
  3. Tulasi leaves-10
  4. 1 small spoon of ginger pieces
  5. 1 small spoon of pepper
  6. 1 small spoon of cumin/jeera seeds
  7. 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder
  8. Jaggery
  9. 2 glasses of water.

Making of herbal tea:
  • On a stove put a tea bowl and add 2 glasses of water.
  • Now add cinnamon, cloves, ginger, pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder according to measurements and mix well.
  • Put the lid and let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame and add jaggery when boiling starts.
  • After 10 minutes turn off the stove and strain the tea into a cup and have it.
  • Drink this tea a cup regularly to prevent any type of viruses.
  • This tea increases your resistance power and can fights with viruses in your body.
