Herbal tea for resistance power and immunity:

- This herbal also prevents and gives you instant relief from cold, cough, and throat pain etc.
Ingredients for herbal tea:
- 1 small spoon of cinnamon stick
- 3-5 cloves
- Tulasi leaves-10
- 1 small spoon of ginger pieces
- 1 small spoon of pepper
- 1 small spoon of cumin/jeera seeds
- 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder
- Jaggery
- 2 glasses of water.
Making of herbal tea:
- On a stove put a tea bowl and add 2 glasses of water.
- Now add cinnamon, cloves, ginger, pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder according to measurements and mix well.
- Put the lid and let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame and add jaggery when boiling starts.
- After 10 minutes turn off the stove and strain the tea into a cup and have it.
- Drink this tea a cup regularly to prevent any type of viruses.
- This tea increases your resistance power and can fights with viruses in your body.
