How to store meat if not in the fridge

After cutting and distributing the meat on Eid-ul-Adha, it is a matter of concern to store so much meat together. Although it is the easiest and safest way to preserve meat, there are many other ways to preserve meat.
According to nutritionists, meat can be stored at high temperatures. In that case, the meat should be burnt every six hours, otherwise there is a risk of bacterial infection. In this way the meat stays good for a few days. Meat can be preserved by boiling it in water.

Many people store meat dried in the sun. For this the meat should be cut in medium size and washed well in clean water. Under no circumstances can fat be kept with this meat.
Then squeeze the water from the meat, add enough salt and turmeric and boil the meat in deep water for a while. When the meat is half cooked, that is, as soon as the smell of raw meat goes away, it should be taken out of the oven and the whole meat should be drained.
Then you have to put the pieces of meat in the sun. Thus it takes four to seven consecutive days to dry the meat. You can wrap a thin cloth around the outside to protect the meat from dust. Once all the water in the meat is completely dry, it should be kept in any airtight container. This dried meat can be cooked as usual after soaking it in warm water for a while. Like dried fish, beef can be stored completely dry. This meat can also be eaten directly fried in oil.

In this way the meat can be stored at normal temperature or in normal fridge for three months to one year. In this case, it is better to write the date of storage of meat on the container.
However, if there is no sun outside, it becomes difficult to preserve meat in this way. In that case the meat can be dried with the help of stove. For this, the meat should be taken in a pot and the water should be dried completely by heating it in the oven at high temperature. Dipping the meat in lemon salt water is good for a long time.
He also preserves the meat with the help of lemon and salt. For this, the meat should be cut into medium size and lightly chopped. Then soak it in salt and lemon juice for an hour so that it reaches the inside of the meat. In this way the meat can be kept well for a few days. It is also possible to preserve them by frying meat. For this, the meat is cut and cleaned and marinated with ginger paste, garlic paste and onion paste for a while. Then you have to fry the meat with spices in hot deep oil and you can save it by sifting the oil. 
Boiling meat in deep oil can preserve it for a long time. Then at least the meat should be heated to a high temperature. In this way the meat stays good for 15 to 20 days. Besides, meat can be preserved only by boiling it in deep oil without spices. For this, heat enough oil in a pot, dip the meat and boil it completely.
After a day or two, the meat dipped in oil should be heated. In this way meat can be stored for 15 to 30 days.
In addition, if the meat is marinated for a whole day with salt, sodium nitrate and sodium lactate, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days. This method maintains the nutritional value of the meat.
