Moana is a fantastic animated Disney movie. It contains lot of charming characters, beautiful music and visuals.A girl on an island community has always wanted to take journey into the water, but isn't allowed by her family. Her island is dying and she has to find a demigod called Maui and get him to return the heart of Te Fiti. Like most Disney animations, this involves a young princess who wants to go on adventures and not be who she is told she's supposed to be.This is a bit of a cliche, since Disney do it in every princess movie.
Moana is such a strong protagonist. She has to face her fears to save her people. She has to leave her family behind to help them.There is no romance sequences in this movie. This lets Moana be who she is and doesn't bog the movie down by having an unnecessary romance.The music is written by Lin Manuel Miranda and it is stunning. How Far I'll Go is one of the best princess songs because it is about facing your fears and finding yourself.
Moana is a beautiful film. It is one of the best movies Disney has made in recent years. It is better than Frozen and deserved much more appreciation.If your little girl annoys you,then show her this beautiful movie and see the miracle.
