Senior actor Mohan Babu has been conscious in choosing films for the last few years. After the movie ‘Gayatri’, Mohan Babu did not act as a hero again. He later played the role of SVR in ‘Mahanati’. Now playing a character in Suriya starrer ‘Akashame Nee Haddura’.
The actor throws a surprise on Independence Day by announcing his next film. Titled Son Of India, the film’s title poster is dropped today. Mohan Babu looks enraged here. He is said to be playing a hard-hitting character in the film.
Mohan Babu looks ferocious here in an elderly avatar. The title designed as a tri-color newspaper cutting is also arresting with partisanship all over. “It’s a first-of-its-kind story that presents Mohan Babu in a never-seen-before role. The film will go on floors shortly and the other cast and crew are yet to be finalised,” reads a statement from the makers.
Son Of India is being made under Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and 24 Frames Factory.
