Recipe : Vegetable juice and Tapioca Dosa Sandwich
Vegetable juice
Required things: Tomato fruit – 4, Carrots – 1, Stem Lettuce – 1, Red Umbrella Chili – 1, Pepper - a little, Salt - as needed, Garlic - 5 cloves, Water - half a cup, Coriander leaves - a little
Recipe: Wash tomatoes, carrots, stalks, spinach, red chillies well and cut into pieces. Lightly chop the garlic. Pour water in a frying pan and add tomatoes, carrots, spinach stalks, red wedges, salt, pepper and garlic and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. When the vegetables are well cooked, lower them and let them cool for 10 minutes. Then put the vegetables in a mixer and grind to a paste. Finally add coriander leaves, water and grind again. Put this juice in the fridge for a while and serve. Helps to protect against infections, colds and coughs.
Tapioca Dosa Sandwich
Ingredients: Cassava - a cup, Semolina - a cup, Rice - flour a, Onions – 1, Tomatoes – 1, Potatoes – 1, Green Chili – 2, Chaat masala - a little, Salt - the required amount, Coriander paste - 2 tbsp
Recipe: Boil and peel the cassava. Boil the potatoes and chop into rounds. Finely chop the chillies. Onions and tomatoes should be finely chopped. Put rice flour in a bowl and add semolina, salt and mix well. Add the grated cassava to the flour and mix well. Put the dough in the oven and bake this dough into two dosas. Place the dosa on a plate and top it with the first round cut tomatoes, then the onion, then the potatoes, then the chopped green chillies, chaat masala, a pinch of salt, then layer one by one, cover the dosa with coriander paste and cut into pieces and serve hot. Put the dough in the oven and bake this dough into two dosas.Now prepare the super cassava sandwich dosa.
