Vegetable soup:
- Soups works amazingly for weight loss that too in dinner. So, have soups regularly for your dinner for better and healthy weight loss.
- Vegetables soups supplies all nutrients to your body and gives energy.
Ingredients:
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- cabbage
- beans
- onion, ginger, and garlic
- salt, turmeric
- ghee/coconut oil/olive oil.
Recipe of vegetable soup:
- In a cooker add your favorite vegetables of 1/2 cup each like carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicum, broccoli, corn etc and 2 glasses of water according to the veggies you have taken.
- Close the vessel and leave it for 3-4 vessels and turn off the flame.
- Now in a pan heat the ghee/oil add chopped ginger and garlic of one spoon and saute them.
- Also add 1 spoon of onion, salt, pinch of turmeric and saute well.
- Now add the cooked veggies and the vegetable water into it and let it come for boil.
- When it comes to boiling add some pepper powder according to your taste and boil for 2-3 minutes more.
- If you want thick consistency add 1/2 spoon of corn flour in to a bowl and mix with 2-3 spoons of water and pour into the vegetable soup. It makes consistency into thick.
- Now after boiling 2-3 minutes turn the flame off and serve it by sprinkling coriander leaves on the top.
- This soup will be tasty and healthy filling too.
