22 percent corona infection cases in Maharashtra!

Maharashtra accounts for 21.6 percent of the total individuals infected with the Coronavirus COVID-19 across the country so far. Andhra Pradesh ranks second in total infections with 11.8 percent, Tamil Nadu third with 11 percent infections, Karnataka fourth with 9.5 percent, and Uttar Pradesh fifth with 6.3 percent.
According to data released today by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Maharashtra is also at the forefront of active cases of infection. Maharashtra alone accounts for 26.76 percent of the total active cases of infection in the country. The total active cases of infection are 11.3 percent in Andhra Pradesh, 11.25 percent in Karnataka, 6.98 percent in Uttar Pradesh, and 5.83 percent in Tamil Nadu.
So far, 60 percent of the total cornea infection cases are from these five states and 62 percent of the total active cases are also from these states. According to the ministry, in the last 24 hours, the maximum 11,915 persons in Andhra Pradesh have been free from corona infection. 9,575 corona infected in Karnataka, 7,826 corona-infected in Maharashtra, 5,82,000 infected in Tamil Nadu, and 4,779 infected in Uttar Pradesh. These five states account for 57 percent of the people who have suffered a corona infection during the last 24 hours.
