The most common breakfast dish in our India which is loved by everyone is our healthy Paratha even used in lunch. Stuffing parathas are common, here is an easy recipe for "Cabbage Paratha" without the hassle of stuffing. So let's see the recipe of cabbage paratha.
Ingredients required:
- 2 cups of cabbage finely grated.
- 2 cups of wheat flour.
- 2-3 green chili.
- 1 onion finely chopped.
- 1 tbsp ginger paste.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala powder.
- ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Salt as per taste.
- Oil as needed.
- Ghee as needed.
Method:
1) Heat pan, add finely grated cabbage & pinch of salt saute it for 2-3 mints. Let it cool completely.
3) Now make an equal-sized ball using oil, sprinkle flour & begin to roll on chapati maker using Belan. Heat Tawa & toast paratha both sides till light brown spots appear. At last, apply ghee over the paratha.
