Sabudana Vada is one of my favorite crispy snacks during monsoon as well as my fasts! Piping hot, crispy, and crunchy Sabudana vada is a perfect tea time snack in this monsoon season.

  •  4-5 Boiled Potato
  •  1/2 tsp Red Chili
  • 1 tsp handful of Fresh Coriander 
  •  2 tbsp Roasted Crushed peanut
  •  Sabudana (as per you want)
  • 1-2 tbsp Cornflour 
  • Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Salt (as per you needed)
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • 1/2 tsp Mango Powder (Amchur) 

Method:

1. Wash and soak the Sabudana in enough water for around 4 hours. Then drain to remove the water from Sabudana.

credit:party image reference2. Take a wide bowl and mash the boiled potatoes in it. Add all the ingredients including red chili powder, cornflour, chopped coriander leaves, roasted and crushed peanuts, poppy seeds, garam masala, chaat masala, mango powder, and salt as per you needed. Mix them properly and make a nice Dough.

credit:party image reference3. Apply little oil to your hands Scoop Some mixture on to your hands, shape them, and keep them aside. Take oil in a pan, and keep the flame at medium or high. Fry all your Sabudana vada till they get golden brown.
