"Delicious yummy Cheesy Baked Potato Cups"

Ingredients-To make 4 cups

Raw Potato -2 Medium Size 

Bread Slice-1 (Brown or Multgrain) 

Oil -for greasing the potato cups (used olive oil you can use any cooking oil) 

Milk -1/2Cup

For Stuffing -

Grated Cheese - 

(processed/ Mozzarella /Cheddar Cheese whatever you like or can take combination) 

Vegetables (Your choice)

I have used-Green bell Paper/Boiled corn/Carrot -2spoons

Spices-

Salt

Chilly Flakes

Oregano 

Mixed Herbs

(can add black paper powder also) 

Steps to follow -

#Peel the potatoes or else you can use without peel. 

#Cut into to half and scoop out the insides. Make a shape like a cup

#Cut a small piece from the bottom so that they can stay on plate. 

#Greece them with oil and sprinkle little salt. 

(you can also bake the scooped portion which we can use in garnishing) 

Bake them for 20min on 200 degree

For Stuffing 

#Crumble the fresh bread with hands

(You can add panner/ Tofu/ Mozzarella Cheese as well instead of Bread)

#Add all veggies,cheese,herbs and salt.. 

(you can take the quantity as per your taste)

#Bind it by adding sip sip milk (room temperature milk) mix it well and fill the potato cups nicely. 

Sprinkle little more cheese 

Bake it for another 10 min on 180 degree 

Once it done...

You can garnish it with grated cheese,parsley,fresh coriander olives,cherry tomato

 (as per your choice)

Serve it hot with cheese dip.
