If you add green coriander to your food items, along with food it becomes interesting and has many properties. Green coriander makes greens and vegetables fragrant and more delicious. Green coriander erases thirst, vomiting, breathing, cough, weakness and chronic stomach diseases. Dried coriander is added in the absence of green coriander. Coriander is beneficial for cinnamon, produces urine, prevents stool, is sweet in Pak and eradicates all the three doshas. Night blindness is a disease of the eye. If the leaves of green coriander are used with a diet of some more quantity ie two-and-a-half toes, then the said problem is eradicated, it can be consumed by mixing it with lentils, curry, greens, vegetables and raita etc.
Putting the juice of green coriander leaves, rock salt, sprinkling it with ghee and fennel and cooling it with food is beneficial. Similarly, consuming green coriander chutney with food helps relieve anorexia and hunger. Taking green coriander powder mixed with small cardamom pepper, ghee and sugar also removes anorexia. In dry cough, you can consume fresh or dried gooseberry with green chutney or coriander leaves. There will be a lot of relief in cough and phlegm will come out. Take rock salt and kagji lemon juice mixed with green coriander juice in vomiting or vomiting, it will be beneficial.
Grind dry gooseberry in juice of green coriander leaves and mix it in coriander juice after mixing in water and filter it with a cloth and give it to the patient. The thirst will stop. Drying of the throat and mouth will reduce bitterness. By adding rock salt in the juice of coriander leaves, the patient gets relief in respiratory problems. Boil coriander in water, swelling and redness of the eyes and boiling in water, filtering that water with a cloth and dripping in the eyes reduces pain. There are many other diseases in which green coriander proves to be very effective.
